CTU-NetTest beta-22

The CTU-NetTest mobile application, developed by the Czech Telecommunication Office, is designed to assess key performance parameters of mobile Internet connections, including upload and download speeds, latency (ping), and signal strength. It provides users with current Quality of Service (QoS) information regarding their Internet access. Upon launching the application, users are presented with real-time data such as connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data), signal level, and device IP address.

Testing can be conducted through three different scenarios: a basic measurement, a loop mode, and a certified measurement. Initiation is performed by pressing the Start button, which triggers the chosen measurement scenario. Each scenario includes steps for initialization, ping testing, download and upload speed measurement, and QoS assessment. The process is visually represented with graphical progress indicators. Once completed, the aggregated results are displayed within the app and stored on the CTU website, allowing users to review or download them in PDF format at their convenience.

As this is the initial official version of the application, some functionalities may be limited or unsupported on certain devices.
